School, College and University Cleaning Across Northern Ireland
Term-Time or Year-Round, Built Around Your Calendar
Schools need cleaning that fits around the timetable, the holidays and the people in the building. We clean schools, colleges and universities across Belfast and Northern Ireland, on 39-week term-time contracts or full 52-week cover. Daily cleaning happens before and after the school day, and the heavy work is saved for the holidays.

Holiday Deep Cleans and Ad Hoc Cover
School holidays are when the big jobs get done: stripping and sealing hall and sports hall floors, window cleaning, carpet deep cleans and kitchen deep cleans, all finished before pupils return. If you have your own in-house cleaning team, we can also supply ad hoc cleaners to cover absence or vacancies, giving you time to recruit without letting standards slip.

How We Work in Schools
Cleaning in a school means working around pupils, staff and the school calendar. Every contract is set up to fit:
- Around the Timetable: Cleaning before and after the school day, with deep cleans and floor work saved for half-terms and holidays..
- Safe Around Pupils: Products stored securely, wet floors signed, and cleaning kept out of the way of pupils during the day.
- Hygiene First:: High-touch points and washrooms prioritised to help reduce the spread of illness through classes.
- Lower-Impact Products: Responsible cleaning products used wherever the surface allows, protecting indoor air quality.
What a Typical School Clean Includes:
Every specification is different, but a standard school clean covers:
- Classrooms: Desks, surfaces and floors cleaned, bins emptied and touchpoints disinfected.
- Toilets and Changing Rooms: Disinfected, deodorised and restocked.
- Canteens and Kitchens: Cleaned to food hygiene standards after every lunch service.
- Halls and Sports Halls: Floors maintained daily, with stripping, sealing and buffing in the holidays.
- Holiday Deep Cleans: A full deep clean of the school over the summer, ready for September.
